Information RATES
The following applies to any booking at Quinta dos Cochichos:
- Rates per holiday appartment, per night
- Basis: 2 persons*
- Minimum stay 4 nights
- Each additional person over 6 years: € 15 / night
- Children up to 6 years stay free of charge
- Reservation does not include breakfast
- Final cleaning not included. One-off costs € 40
- Pets not allowed
- For stays longer than 1 week, 1 time intermediate cleaning
- Towel change after one week or earlier on request
- Tourist tax: from 16 years of age with a maximum of 5 days.
- € 1 p.p. per day from November to March
- € 2 p.p. per day from April to October
* In Casa do Figo and Casa da Alfarroba from 1 July to 15 September the basic price is always the one for 4 people.
